Pegging and Survey work submitted to Surveyor General Office and Dispensation certificates issued.

EIA Certification (EMA)

EIA certificate was issued on 22 June 2020

ENGINEERING DRAWINGS ​

Engineering drawings for roads water and sewer done and submitted to Mutare City Council.

CIVIL WORKS ​

Civil works commenced in August 2020 with opening of roads for phase one of the development
